A Graduate of the University of Toronto and Sheridan College, Steven began his professional career in Healthcare working as Manager of Information Technology and Customer Service  for the University Health Network in Toronto. 

In 2003 he began to invest in real estate. This avocation quickly became his chosen profession and began working as a Real Estate Professional, where he worked with dozens of condominium developers and investment clients throughout Toronto’s downtown core.

Now, A longtime Torontonian with more than 15 yrs in the real estate, Steven's experience has expanded into both the Commerical and Residential Real Estate markets.  He holds a nuanced understanding of valuation and the driving forces behind it all.  Steven matches a friendly, personable approach with a peerless work ethic.  Intimately knowledgeable of both Toronto’s Core and Periphery, neighborhoods and acclaimed properties, Steven covers a wide range of real estate from Commercial Investments and Value Added Opportunities to Residential Multi Unit Investments, Home and Condo Sales. With Certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Windsor, Law School, Steven can also proficiently assist Property Owners in the negotiations and sensitive mediations with Buyers and Tenants with tremendous success.
